I own a Santro eRLX model and I stay in Chennai, Tamil Nadu India.. There is leakage of water on the passenger side of the car (front) and the entire mat is soaked in water. I have given it for servicing twice to Kun Hyundai the authorised servicing company. They have tried their best and problem continues. This was the WORST car rental company I ever used. The employees were rude and slovenly. If I had not arrived there at 11:30 pm after a very long day, I would have gone elsewhere. The car was filthy, I had to clean the windows in order to see through them. The interior was also dirty.
