This is one car that rocks guys !! Amazing Pick up.The Car shoots off in the turbo mode as if there was a ghost behind it!!! I recently purchased 2 Halogen Head lamps from Advance Auto Parts, the sales person was polite and asked if I needed two or 1. I stated that I should probably get two because I was not sure if both Higbeams were out or not and told him if it doesn't work I will just return them. Watson Motorsports CALLED ME!! to let me know that they reviewed my car loan application on-line and that I was pre-approved for a loan up to $15,000. For the past 2 weeks, I called quite frequently just to make sure that what I was hearing was correct: that 1) I was pre-approved, 2) I didn't need a co-signer, and 3) that they knew my credit situation (I lost my job after I had a baby and had some financial difficulties). My complaint isn't with Peter's but with Chrysler. I have had my jeep at Peter's one week. Not because they can't fix it but because they can't get the part to fix it. There is a national "back order" on the part. This is ridiculous. If this particular part is in such demand then maybe it is a manufacturing default and there needs to be a recall. Unfortunately, my 15 year old son and his 2 friends went joyriding in my neighbors/friends car when my neighbor was out of town. Thank God no one was hurt. I called some "Emergency Locksmith" company in the U.S. I guess (because they didn't know where Menlo Park is) and they sent a guy out from Dependable Locks. I had my Ford Explorer serviced for an oil change. They have a quick turn time, but they lack in the quality of service. First---they did not check the air pressure in all four tires. Second---they did not vacuum the interior floors. Third---they did not clean the windows. This is all stated in their policy which is supposed to be performed during the oil change. I have communicated with four different people but no one has made a correction on their records. Recently I purchased a vehicle from Loman Ford in Woodbridge NJ. When I test drove the car it was rush hour so I mainly sat in traffic. When I drove the car off the lot I hated it. Less then 24 hours later I called my new financing company, explained the situation and they said the dealer can do a substitution of collateral. Saturn of Torrance, Saturn North America, and General Motors Bought a new Saturn Outlook. Saturn Torrance promises free loaners. Have had multiple service problems. I have a 2004 Ford F250 with the 6 liter diesel engine. The truck has had a problem prior to 12k miles. It bucks and surges when going up a steep hill, making a noise that sounds like it's coming from the drivers side wheelwell. The truck has been into Bozeman Ford in Bozeman, MT 5 different times for this same problem. In addition, it has been into Broadway Ford in Idaho Falls, Id for the same thing. My son from out of town, is driving my Chevy Lumina Euro on 95 N in Georgia. The car breaks down, stalls out, and is disabled, now on the side of the road. This Chevrolet dealership quotes a 25% markup on the Tow truck's bill, $90.00 to look at the car to quote repair charges, and storage fees. A couple of phone calls later, and I am being treated fairly at an independent, family owned repair shop. You really do wind up paying for the pretty building at these dealerships. The salesman told me one thing then after getting contract at home and studying it I found out he lied.
