We took our Honda Civic Hybrid to T&T Honda (in Calgary) for its first oil change, with 10, 000 km on the vehicle. Within two weeks, the car had serious issues and began to run very roughly. The service engine light and add oil light both came on at the same time. Bought a vehicle from them in November 2007. It was advetised with a Navigational System. It has it, but to use the system you need a special DVD. They gave me a signed note, promising to get the DVD for us, well that was over 5 months ago. Now they are just giving us the run around. These new managers abused the employees so bad. Rumors said, company losts about $20 million dollars this past few months. So they make an action to lay-off people left and right. Fired people and now whoever left behind the job are really having too much hardtime and pressure. Hi All, I had purchased Maruti Esteem Lxi on 2-FEB-2006 from Competent Automobiles connaught place Delhi, India. I bought a Saturn 2003 VUE with 18, 000 miles in October 1, 2005 right after Hurricane Katrina. Last year, 2007 I began having problems with grinding noise and hesitation when stepping on the gas. Saturn said it was the transmission, repaired it and extended the warranty to 75, 000 miles on the transmission. Beside the fact that I am very dissaticfied with my2008 Ford Ranger Supercab 4.0, the service I got from the ford dealer in Bloemfontein is horrible and they stole the sticker from the back of my bakkie and then denied it and that I can do what I like they are protected against the law. My bakkie has 5000 km on and the exhaust fell off. The carpets does not fit the bakkie. Since last 1 month the dealer is keep on changing the date of delivery and now he is saying that I have to wait for about 2 and half month more. Maruti is doing the delay in delivery to the dealer. I had trouble with Les Schwab's Sutherlin OR franchise. The owner is arrogant and rude. The last time he refused to sell me the tire size that was recommend in the Ford owners manual for my car. I took my MR2 into my local Les Schwab store, East Bremerton, Washington State, had them checkout the noise from my front end when hitting a bump. They told me the power steering rack was bad, the boot was full of fluid. Their estimate for the replacement rack was $108.46 plus labour and alignment. I took my estimate home and thought about it over night, went back in and asked if the part they would use would be used, rebuilt or new. I purchased a 31' class A motor home from Cascade Distributing Owned by Bud Lovell. I got it at a discounted price because of obvious problems. He told me about some of the things that did not work, so I felt he was being upfront and honest. He told me the unit was road ready and had been checked out by his service dept. I later found $4000.00 worth of problems and hidden damage. I just lost $350.00 worth of fuel from a poorly repaired fuel tank that is half hanging out of the unit. The Vibe driver's side window exploded. It is a 2003 but was repossessed only after 6 months or less and sat on the car lot for 3 years. They have a discount price for over 150 gallons, but magically run out at 149. They tell you if you don't make them come back to finish filling they will give you an additional discount next time..Yeah right, make them come back!
