I bought a "certified" pontiac GTO there was a problem with the engine my car has been at the dealership since January 7, 2011 and it is now March 12, 2011. I just bought the car in August 2010. The dealership took the engine apart and rebuilt it but the knock continues. When I called The Harford requesting a "quote" for auto insurance, at no time did the agent notify me that they would do a credit check. As a result of this, they listed four derogatory statements in the reply letter. The DIRECTOR, Susan L. Castaaneda, refused to answer my letter, instead a Melissa Giard called me and stated that they had done nothing wrong. I followed their directions by faxing their form for a "electronic funds transfer authorization account". Ordered a set of 4 Toyo Open Country M/T tires and waited over week before I was told by Toyo 'Customer Service' they could get the tires in from Vancouver but it would cost me an extra 100 dollars. On the date of May 9, 2011 my 2002 Ford F250 had some mechanical problems at exit 56A on Boulder Highway in Henderson Nevada. I called Triple A roadside assistance and asked for a cab and a tow truck.
