I have been smoking Marlboro Cigarettes for 14 years and the last month all the packs of Marlboro Smooths and Menthol lights in 100's have been bad. I had happily owned an '02 Solara from Toyota, bought new, until I was pummeled by a truck running a stop sign, and the car was deemed totaled. I went out to purchase the same car in the '08 version. We used to be a loyal customer to Mike's Car Wash until 2months ago when Mike's car wash machine ripped the gas door off of our Volvo. 2 months later, we are still trying to get repairs completed satisfactorily. This particular gas dealer is troubling us quite a bit and not issuing gas cylinders in time. He does not let us book a cylinder with in 30 days from the day it was last issued (not with in 30 days from the time we last booked for the cylinder). Also he is taking about 3 weeks to issue the cylinder from the date it is booked. I have informed about these happenings couple of times. I am a member of the Armed Forces and have rented 3 cars from Enterprise in 3 different cities. My complaint appears to be a systemic problem regardless of location.
