Patrol Masters is just like any other security company: they are able to get away with not performing regular, diligent work, so they just don't do anything. Their owner even said "what do you want me to do, tow cars?" in response to a request to tow cars in violation of code! Lazy (they have been known to take up to 3 hours to respond to noise complaints). Inept. Crooked (they will email homeowners in violation and allow them a 'second chance' in violation of the HOAs, rather than cite and tow). We had a number of issues with this dealership, the biggest issue is; we purchase a new car from this dealership and to this day they have not registered the vehicle in our name. Because of this issue we are not able to renew our tags. We finally told the leasing company about this and they sent us a POA. On 12/01/2007 my car was towed from 6151 miramar pway to midway towing co. i payed $100 to recover my car. On the spot i inspected the car and found damages to the front bumper and under the front bumper is scraped off, i showed it to the personell that was there he try to deny that they had damaged my car. I saw a police across the road inspecting another building, told him what happened, he said he cant help me, neither will he take a report. Makers of car horns and accessories has refused to warranty a car horn made by their company. The horn was 4 months old a stopped working. They verbally stated to me the warranty period is 90 days. There is a distributer of HP Gas at Ambala Cantt, named Swatantra Gas. This distributer is doing blackof gas cyllinders, very openely. But, there is no one to stop this. Neither from Administration nor from the vigilance department of HP Gas Company. As a result, genuin consumers are suffering very-very badly.
