My sister, Jolandie Esterhuisen bought a Ford Bantam Bakkie in Nov 2006. Since the first day there were fumes in die bakkie. Very bad. We rented a car from Avis at Ontario Airpot. When the car was rented a $200.00 credit charge was placed. That was just fine .. no problem. The counter agent sasid it would not exceed this. After returning the car with in 18 hours, we were then charged 451.00 for less than a day of rental. They charged us for 2 days . BUYERS BEWARE Citroen are selling some of their diesel cars that are manufactured to include a FAP exhaust filter system. Cars with this system will give approx 10% less MPG especially when used on shorter journeys. I ordered a used engine on 9/1/09. On 9/9/09 I called about shipping info and was told a 9/11/09 ship date. 9/14/09 emailed about shipping info. 9/18/09 got an email saying i should be getting a refund soon with no explanation. 9/19/09 sent email asking when and how my refund was coming.(check or reimbursement back into my account) I haven't gotten a response and cannot get anyone on the phone...all voicemail boxes are full! Took 3 week old camping trailer to Camping World of Chattanooga for warranty repairs. Awning broke on first use, black water tank valve would not close and shower leaked. Dear Sir, My gas connection request was approved and cylinder came to Nileshwar Gas Agency, Kerala, India. As the connection is in my name and now I am in UAE they are not giving the cylinder to my wife. She provided the agency all the proofs but they are not admitting and told that they will cancel my connection. I have had to return the shop with the same problem multiple times. Everytime they are extremely rude and treat you very poorly if you dont just pay them to do the repairs they order. Asking questions will only make them more angry and hostile. They told me I had a specific problem with my car that would cost me over $1000.
