I have approached Sakyno for a device I bought, FM modulator, I went to repairs to indicate that I presume a fuse has been missing in the device, they then took me to other similar products where there were no fuses as well. I bought an Inspiron 1520 14 months ago. Early on I noted that the adapter dell sent would sometimes slip out if the laptop was touched. Then at 6 moths I started getting a message on power up -"AC adapter wattage & type cannot be determined". Two weeks later the battery was drained and the system wouldn't recharge it. We purchased the Whirlpool Duet washer (9150) and dryer set approximately 4 yrs. ago. We do 3-4 wash loads a week since it's just my husband and I. We have had numerous problems with this company from False information given and goods not turning up when paid for in full. We bought an He washingmachine 3 years ago, and as luck would have it, it died on us and we did not purchase am extended warranty, which is not the complaint. Very simply put my Toshiba Laptop was sent out for repair 4 times in a 6 month period and when I did not work the 4th time they wanted to give me an HP laptop as a replacement. The Toshiba I purchased was over $2200.00 with the extended 5 year warranty. They want to give me a $500.00 HP to replace it. I believe that they should be replacing it with a an equivalent top of the line model. Geoff Bostwick is the store manager there. He insults me with his offer. I purchased a house full of sear appliances including a washer/dryer stacked unit in May 07. I didn't hook up the washer/dryer until June 08 and it is defective. During the spin cycle it knocks and shakes the whole house. I contacted Sears and they sent a technician in couple of weeks. His recommendation was to get them to replace the unit because he could tell it had never been used but his diagnosis was that the spin basket was warped. I contacted Sears Connect and signed up for a long distance plan. Yesterday, I recieved a 32 page bill, 31 pages were a list of calls I had never made. I was told I would have to wait for a "couple of days" before a supervisor would contact me~! I hired and paid Rian to shoot photos of my band and deliver them in a timely manner. The photos were late coming and were not at all as we discussed. Rian uses a lot of layering techniques to create his work and the work he did on my photos was abysmal. I paid him in full, upfront. He now will not answer emails or return phone calls. I was a Norton antivirus subscriber - it was originally on my Microsoft laptop, so I renewed out of convenience. Over time though I found it created many computer glitches and didn't protect me from viruses, so, I changed to a different company. I ordered a Mustek scanner. The scanner is defective, after spending 4 hours with a Mustek tech it still didn't work. I called ANT online to return it, my request was denied and I was told to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Mustek after numerous calls I now have to send the scanner to them in a DIFFERENT box (a hassle) and pay additional shipping costs...which will take weeks. Got the Nokia 6301 couple months ago, the battery is terrible, it never goes as much as they say in the features. The headset is also terrible, impossible to use it, the wires get scrambled and it is impossible to undo and use it. The company does not take the blame and did not help me get a new one. I purchased a Blackberry curve from their store 28 days ago. When I first purchased the phone literally seconds after I got it, it would not dial out and the picture did not work.
