I purchased and downloaded this software Pinnacle Studio V12.1 Ultimate), which would not install. I spent hours on the phone with tech support, to no avail. Finally, I purchased the DVD disk of the software, which was shipped, and installed properly. Today, Digitalriver sent me an e-mail, advising me that the download was defective, and instructing me to re-download the original purchase. Since by now I had received the DVD disk that I purchased, I had no need to re-download the original software. I requested the Digitalriver refund the original download price, and they refused. If you need your computer repaired; I recommend going to a small, computer repair shop, where you will get more attention, instead of "Best Buy". Best Buy computer repair department broke more things on my computer than they fixed. Kept my computer forever, and were dishonest in their dealings. Best Buy in Pleasant Hill, California. I've surfed the internet and what happened to me seems to be common with this company. I ordered a battery. They sold me a demo with limited power and they have refused to refund my money when I sent it back. They don't respond to phone calls or emails since October 2008. After one year, my SONY VAIO VGN Ar52OE laptop stopped working and the hinges both broke. All under normal use...unless you consider opening and closing the 17 inch monitor abuse. I am very disappointed with the 2 year extended warranty that I purchased from Sam's Club. They sent me a used, broken bluetooth that was repackaged in a T-Mobile bubble pack meant for another device.
