The company is a total joke. I tried getting my gps fixed. I called several times, wrote emails with no luck. Finally I got someone to let me send the machine back to get it fixed. They sent me the same gps back without fixing it. When I called several times to find out why, they said it was not covered as there was physical damage. I requested phone service and they installed a wireless modem. NOw I have poor connectivity and only 36 Mbps. My old modem was giving my 5 bars throughout my house and even outside and had 54 Mbps. 3/27/09 The port for charging my laptop is defective. I cannot charge the battery except by manipulating the power adaptor to make contact. I returned the computer with adaptor. Very simply put my Toshiba Laptop was sent out for repair 4 times in a 6 month period and when I did not work the 4th time they wanted to give me an HP laptop as a replacement. The Toshiba I purchased was over $2200.00 with the extended 5 year warranty. They want to give me a $500.00 HP to replace it. I purchased a house full of sear appliances including a washer/dryer stacked unit in May 07. I didn't hook up the washer/dryer until June 08 and it is defective. During the spin cycle it knocks and shakes the whole house. I contacted Sears and they sent a technician in couple of weeks. I hired and paid Rian to shoot photos of my band and deliver them in a timely manner. The photos were late coming and were not at all as we discussed. Rian uses a lot of layering techniques to create his work and the work he did on my photos was abysmal. I paid him in full, upfront. He now will not answer emails or return phone calls. I ordered a Mustek scanner. The scanner is defective, after spending 4 hours with a Mustek tech it still didn't work. I called ANT online to return it, my request was denied and I was told to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Mustek after numerous calls I now have to send the scanner to them in a DIFFERENT box (a hassle) and pay additional shipping costs...which will take weeks.
