I ordered a blackberry from this website. The company called 2 days later to 'confirm' my credit card, thus delaying the order. The product I received was defective (wouldn't charge). I called the company and asked to return the product without the 15% restocking fee. I was told to email the request. I did. I purchased Microsoft Office software from Moonlight Discount on 2/19/09. They downloaded a couple of days later. Every time I get a Widows update, Microsoft Office is disabled. Microsoft said they could not activate the version that I had and referred it to their legal dept. I've complained to MoonLight Discounts several times over the last 30 days but, to no avail. I received an email about Firewall Protection. Stating that we needed to download a new firewall because there were hackers out there that were abel to hack into my computer. Called Dyson and they referred me to Nutley Vacuum (they own three stores - other two are J&S Vacuum Co. and Livingston Vacuum Co.). Vacuum would not stand upright. Unit was off the track.
