On March 31 2009 I ordered and paid $458 for a Dyson25 vaccum and I was told delivery would be in 10-14 days; after the 14 day time frame I called on many occasions and received several different stories the last stated that for some reason my vaccum had not been sent and would be sent that day (4/20/2009) and I would receive it by Friday., After much whining and cajoling on my part I was given a UPS tracking number that was invalid when I tried to track my delivery. My laptop quit working and I could not used my air card. I tried to get at&t to change out my aircard so I could used it on another computer. I needed an aircard that plugged into a USB port instead of the normal way the cards plug in. My card was not faulty it was fine but my new computer only has a USB Port. I have an AspireOne and I love it...when it actually functions normally! Does yours sometimes (or for mine..95% of the time) freeze up when you shut the screen without logging off first? Initial support and feedback was good as the product had some software bugs but in a short space of time thereafter, they became extremely quite. I want to say that GODaddy Dedicated Server Service really screw up our business and not offering any apologizes in return. GoDaddy did not provide any way or advice for us how to restore the whole system. GoDaddy support is very slow and terrible and does not provide any advice. GoDaddy backups/restore procedure is misleading as they actually do not provide one. GoDaddy has asked us to re-install all programs and configure all again manually. I purchased a Blackberry in February, 2009 and proceeded to send in my old ATT Tilt cell phone in to Market Velocity for Blackberry's Trade-up Program.
