He contacted my daughter by e-mail saying he had a I-phone for sale for $200.00 but said my daughter could send $100.00 by money gram which she did. once received he would send my daughter a tracking number of the shipment which would be sent next day air never happend. she tried contacting the seller he never replied. the name of the seller is ( Steven Johnnson, Newark NJ). I received a letter informing me that I had signed up for this learning program. I thought it was just junk mail so I didn't take it seriously. Today, I received a software disk for mastering microsoft excel. I know just the very basics of computer programs and don't know what Excel is. ordered a simple cellphone cover and have not received it. It has been two months. Contact with Customer Service was cordial but the standard complaint historical account is accurate. They are waiting from a shipment from their supplier. With this long list of complaints occuring, is there not some legal action that can be performed. Take all of these complaints and forward them to the BBB in Florida and get this company to change their tactics or go out of business. I purchased a sim card from Call in Europe prior to a trip to Italy. I inserted the sim card and was given instructions to call a number to set-up the voice mail prompt. After being disconnected several times, and having to call back, I was finally able to get the voice mail activated. In total, I incurred "16 minutes" of airtime, according to the invoice I received from them, which the minutes are grossly inflated. I purchased a Maytag Quiet Series 300 dishwasher 2 years ago, the dishwasher constantly swicthes itself from normal wash to rinse cycle on it's own. Then it takes 2 hours to run behind you can attempt to rswitch it back to the normal cycle which at 2 years old is not even switching back. We purchased and entire kitchen suite of appliances from LG Electronics and within two months had an issue with the icemaker. For the next 7 months the icemaker was change 4 times, the computer was changed, the control valve was changed along with the harness. It was finally determined that the refrigerator was unrepairable and would be replaced. I bought a cell phone and the phone screen went blank. I took the phone in for repairs as it was under warranty. I took it in April.. 2008. I bought two Bluetooth brand wireless head sets (one for myself and one for my daughter). Neither one would charge, even after may hours. They had the same type of charger, so I am venturing a guess that that was the defective part. I took the headsets back to the store with the receipt within the time allowed.
