Got the Nokia 6301 couple months ago, the battery is terrible, it never goes as much as they say in the features. The headset is also terrible, impossible to use it, the wires get scrambled and it is impossible to undo and use it. The company does not take the blame and did not help me get a new one. I purchased a Blackberry curve from their store 28 days ago. When I first purchased the phone literally seconds after I got it, it would not dial out and the picture did not work. I purchased an HTC Touch Pro in later part of December of 2008. After using the cellular telephone for three months, I noticed that the cord used to connect the cellular telephone to the computer or to charge the telephone is coming apart. I can see the internal wires. I contacted HTC whose only responses was I will give you the contact information to sales so you can purchase another cord. Hi, my name is Marck Optes, my little son formatted the whole computer system, what I can do with that - nothing really, because he is my son. So all the family pictures has been there, all the memories, there was nothing to do but ask for a recovery. It took two weeks, but it was done - perfectly - all the pictures are recovered, the only thing is that the files names are 1, 2, 3, 4... but as I was told the RAW recovery was done and there were no way to recover the names of the files, I can live with that :) the pictures are fine. Purchased a Protron Portable DVD, model #PDV-288 from Sears. Immediate problems charging portable battery pack to give the claimed 2.5 hours battery life. (only about 1 hour of battery life.) After not using appliance for approximately 6 mos., unable to charge battery pack at all. Not able to locate a replacement battery pack. Not able to contact Protron either by telephone, e-mail, or connect to their web site. Third party suppliers (Radio Shack, etc.) unable to provide a comparable replacement battery pack. To make it short this company, 101phones was supposed to be a recommended company from Panasonic's website for handset replacements. They failed to get us the product they promised, sold us the wrong phone and then refused to pay us for the cost of returning it, which was their mistake.
