Laptop 3 months old screen goes blank. Call tech support get someone that barely speeks english. In June of 2008 my mother, who is 80 now, saw and add in our local Bakersfield Ca newspaper. She called Dell's 800 number and although she could ask NO questions or even answer theirs. On Feb. 13, 2009 I placed an order with them for a cover for my cell phone. The item was to be shipped by ground with a total cost of shipping to be $4.00 bringing my total to $14.98. I took my Acer PD116 Projector into acer to replace the bulb on 10 March. Sounds like a straight forward job right? I purchased a washer and dryer from The Brick Warehouse and was told that they would take away my old one for an additonal fee. On the day of delivery I was told they could not take it away as it had not been disconnected and that was stipulated on back of my bill.
