I submitted my rebate information, waited for 6 weeks. and when i did not recieve my $50.00 rebate I called the company and they said that my rebate would be issued and I should recieve it within the next 4 weeks. About a week later I recieved a text on my phone from AT&T stating that my rebate check was approved and in the mail. I bought a new printer HP Photosmart 5280 on November 10th it was on sale at Staples for $49.95. It worked for 3 days, then the USB cable was malfunctioning, but it worked with my DELL printer. I have two USB printer cables and they both work with my DELL printer. I called the office and they said to return it to HP and they would repair it. I just noticed that the company Pennytalk has charged my bank account a $25.00 fee. I have never been a customer or ever even looked at this company or their products. Richard Hillard has done nothing according to contract. He repeatedly ignores phone calls yet demands his payment. In the time I have been a customer of his he has let go of ALL of his major employees. All of the employees that were helpful and took care of us, are gone. I bought a Tom Tom Go 920T, The mount on the unit detached from the window of the car and the unit fell to the shifter on my vehicle and shattered the screen, knowing it was not warrantable, I called Tom Tom for repairs. Guess what they do not repair the units at ALL!! and if you take it to an unauthorized repairer your warranty will be voided. I ordered an HP 8250 scanner and software. I told them I had an OS of Vista and they assured me it would work. I paid $240.00 on 10/16/2008. When I installed the scanner it did not work.
