I bought a NEW Roomba 560 from an eBay seller. I register the product in the company site and the site says its covered under warranty until November 2009. I bought a laptop, which started losing functionality almost immediately. First the touchpad, then the whole USB system. I called customer support, and they told me I had to reinstall the OS before they would do anything. I went through several cycles of calling for support, and reinstalling Windows (without any assistance from them). Not only did they neglect to mention it on their site until almost 2 weeks after, but they never even bothered to acknowledge they received my money.
