I got 3 different ship dates and finally they sent the product out 3 weeks later. I brought my Acer notebook computer to the Geek Squad at the Best Buy where I bought it, at U.S. 421 N. in Carmel, Indiana (West Carmel Marketplace). I called tech support for a 2 year old Photosmart printer. You have to use the special ink cartridges that came with the printer the first time you use it. I lost them. I had the printer out of the box and not used when I moved and finally got back to wanting to use it. I bought cartridges specifically for Photosmart printers. Did not work. The computer came on time. However, I couldn't get the computer to recognize the harddrive. So, I brought it to a local retailer who opened it up in front of me and showed me that the motherboard wasn't screwed down properly, the harddrive was put in on an angle, the power on-off switch didn't work properly, etc. etc. I had to pay the local guy money to fix all these problems. SICK COMPANY. Ordered a ATI X800 XT PE from them in March. When the package arrived, the ATI box was shrinkwrapped and inside an UNTAMPERED UPS box. However, when I opened the box, I found not an ATI video card, but an old CD-ROM drive. Purchased Warcraft 3 from this site, servics was definately below average. The game wasn't actually prepared for shipping until I emailed them asking about it, a day after they should have shipped it. Then it was actually sent out the door until 2 days later, again only because I emailed them to request information on why it was taking so long. I purchased a barebones system from these scam artist, after finding them on pricewatch. They charged me to assemble and "TEST" the system (which I thought was a rip-off, but figured I wouldn't have to spend time troubleshooting) and when I received it, only the motherboard was plugged into the power supply. Obviously not tested, the OS wouldn't load. I switched out CD-ROM and tried different CDs with no luck. Finally, they agreed to refund my money, so I mailed it back to them. This seller is horrible. I ordered a Wacom CINTIQ12WX Cintiq 12" Pen Display, which I received for $891.94 with ground shipping. When I received it, the packaging looked like it has been repackaged (torn tape on plastic bags, bags looked stretched open and then put back together). These folks tried to rip me off. I purchased a 266mhz fsb processor and was sent a 200mhz fsb processor. When I called them, they avoided me for weeks. When i finally got someone on the phone, he said i was sent the right thing and kept putting me off with saying i did not have proof that what I recieved was not what I paid for. When I tolf him that my AMD processor ID utility told me it was not what I paid for, they continued to deny me. I had a very poor exprience with this company. I had ordered a stick of memory from them, which turned out to be incompatible with the existing memory in my system. When I attempted to return it I had to make two attempts to get an RMA REQUEST answered. Following this the request was declined with a statement saying they will not accept returns on memory.
