This site and store should be closed down forever. They will misprint the info on purpose to decieved the consumer to sell their product and then cut off communication. Suggestion, contact the BBB, contact Consumer Protection Agency in their state and your state, contact your credit card company and contest the payment and file a claim in a small claims court and ask for the max instead of what the product cost. I ordered an Antec computer case on Dec. 4, aweek later I received an e-mail saying it was on backorder. I immediately called and canceled the backorder and then confirmed the cancellation by e-mail. Website shows all that is included, battery, charger, etc. I called to check on my order and was asked what battery I wanted to order with it, the 2 hour or 5 hour. I told him I was fine with the battery that came with it, he said it did not come with a battery. I told him that I was looking at their website and it showed that it came with a battery. Carl Newlen and Amanda Newlen listed a website for sale on sitepoint.com. They said that they would sell the website to me and to send them money via western union. After they received the funds via western union I never heard from them again. I never received any website files at all! I lost $12, 000.00 USD. I am currently contacting the FBI Internet Fraud Division and filing a motion in my home state court for their immediate arrest for interstate internet fraud which is a federal offense. I will NEVER buy a Dell product again. It was my first and my last.
