I ordered a phone from them at a very nice discount. I believed I was getting a discount because I was ordering an unlocked phone. What I discovered - is FRAUD. Bought a Panasonic PV-GS90 Mini DV Camcorder from Best Buy. Went home. Put a tape in to test camera and try it out prior to a trip. During playback, I noticed a green dot on the screen. I had three Bang & Olufsen phones. Volume was not working properly. Salesman told me I needed new batteries, at a price of $37 each. I ordered them. The phones still did not work after new batteries were installed, and the company refused to take back the two that had not been opened. I corresponded with company; no response. Hi, I purchased the Mega vault 3.5" aluminium case for HDD. The site does not even exist when I go to register or update my drivers. Above all, the darn thing does not work, which being the 2nd replaced unit after the 1st one shut down. What is the point of having Customer Support/Service if every person there doesn't understand what you are saying and mutters comments in their language while you are trying to get help? When copying large amount of data on the drive, i get error messages or data that is copied is not readable. Please note that this problem happens with all the 10 pen drives. I did several tests on it, format etc... The item is a fake chinese product. It can barely hold 2GB of data although it was marketed to be 16GB pen drive. According to their refund policy, within 21 days of the order being placed I may contact Digital Media Source to request a refund. I ordered a GPS from Refurb Depot. < 30 minutes later I cancelled. They refused to cancel and still shipped it. They had plenty of time to cancel shipping but forced it anyway so they could still make money on there handling charges. I e-mailed them < less than 30 minutes after ordering and they did nothing to cancel the order. There reply to my e-mail was also sarcastic and very unprofessional.
