Hooter's Mechanicsburg does not pay their bills. I've been trying for 6 months to get paid on 2 TV repairs. I can bet if I walked out of their restaurant without paying, I would be hauled to jail. I ordered the complete set of Sue Thomas FB Eye series believing I was dealing with a company in the USA as a US flag always showed onscreen. However, the DVDs arrived from an address in China, the box is broken in transit, the first DVD plays but is clearly a pirated copy with adverts breaking in, and the sound is out of sync with the mouths. I am at this time in the hospital and have been for the past two weeks. I noticed a problem with the television I am renting from TVR Communications. TV: Bought a 40LV665DB in Nov 09, less than six months it does not come out of standby, Toshiba gave me a USB firmware to fix it, it was OK for about 9 months, then it does it again, phone them and they took it away for repairs for free, came back, 2 days later it does it again. I placed an online order with this company on Wednesday, June 29th. I waited and was finally able to reach a person at their facility after 2 hours. I was then informed that they did not accept online orders for this facility. They further explained that my credit card was charged and there was nothing that they can do to help me. I have emailed their corporate office and left a message for the local owner and have not received any help. My card is still charged the $30.
