This software is touted as award winning grammar checking that exceeds MS word. It says that it can be run as background software, it cannot. It is an unstable and error prone web application. The app fails to connect to servers if there is a large document introduced. Over two pages of text it becomes unstable and difficult to scroll through. We have 42" DLP HD TV from Samsung. It is about 3 years old. Now, it has nothing but white pixels all over the screen and we cannot watch TV. I have filed a compalaint with Trenton NJ Better Business Bureau as Samsung North American Headquaters in located in Ridgefield Park, NJ. I have not heared anything from both organizations.
