Horrible customer service! Purchased their DVD software online. After downloading the software and receiving the activation code I started experiencing software glitches right away. I was not able to enter the code via “copy/paste” but had to type in the code one letter/number at a time. Wouldn’t be a biggy if the code wasn’t 25 characters long! Ordered series set on DVD to be delivered to my father. Set was sent from China addressed to his street and my city. DVD's were low quality, obviously recorded off of the television (some of the shows even had the Sci-Fi Channel logo on them!). I paid using PayPal but now can't find the transaction on PayPal yet I can see where PayPal deducted the money from my checking account. This is worst theater ever without A/C system in united states and they charge about $12 for foreign films. Every single time we have to go and tell them to turn on the A/C, but this last saturday 11/15, we had to visit the theater for a new tamil language movie and it screened on cinema 8, the place looks like an uncleaned restroom.
