Had I known that a record company would cheat me out of my money such as HillTop Records I'd never sent and paid them the first songs out of my four songs that they called themselves producing but holding back on the money. Purchased a Panasonic Blue-Ray Disc Home Theater Sound System in Oct 2009. By Dec 2009 it was back in the store purchased to send in to Panasonic for repairs. It will play DVD's but not Blue-Ray discs. Returned almost 2 months later, no word of the work being done or if anything was found. Repeated messages are not answered when addressed to the given e-mail address to this company to report discs with inaccessible material and about a 100% failure rate in playing episodes on the discs. The discs are like an old time phonograph broken record playing the same spot over and over. In the case of the discs episode play freezes and cannot be continued unless one could lift the lazer beam and shift it to a new location.
