TEM Concepts is an awful company to work for. They sell DirecTV at Best Buy and Sam's Club among other places occasionally. They have you drive to their office every morning before he ships you off all over the place, sometimes as far as 45 miles away, all without reimbursement. These meetings consist of the owner coming in and telling you your not doing well enough before he goes and plays golf. In early May 2010, I sent Ez Book Recycle Inc. an order of five books with a total order quote of $32.08. However, when they received and processed the books I was paid only $18.26. I was raised on Petes fish and chips and I still love their fish. My problem is with their Monster burgers. The quality of meat is extremely poor and it is taste wise and visually obvious they are adding "cereal" a filler. the meat has a cardboard texture and is kind of rubbery. This is not an isolated incident as a store in mesa and 2 in Phoenix are doing this. I literally cant eat burgers here any more and they used to have the most delicious burgers around. I upgraded one of my computers to Norton 360 V4 to evaluate the performance against the older version, 360 V3. The issue I have now with V4 is the amount of spam I receive. V3 running on the other computers has a fraction of the spam and I mean 1 spam email compared to 10 or 12 spam emails with V4. I contacted Norton support. What a joke. Itunes is for the most part an excellent programme that works well and has high quality with a nice user interface, however there are several parts of it that are simply design flaws and are ranging from slightly irritating to genuinely infuriating. My specific complaint is that my iTunes decided to uninstall itself from my computer, not a big issue because I can just re install it and now it works fine. I was moving from a large home to a smaller home, and had a personal library of around 1000 volumes. Valerie Jacobsen contacted me regarding possibly selling the books on consignment. I entered into a contract with her keeping the majority of the money. I hated to give up my books, but had no more room for them. I have recently had my computer repaired when the problem was diagnosed. The technician explained the fault was due to my internet protection (MacAfee). The informed me that this was a problem that occurred within the company itself in that they accidently downloaded virus onto the website.
