I too have the same problem - I was told I would have 30 days to evaluate product and could return for any reason and receive a full refund less $14.95 for delivery. NO mention was made about any restocking fee. Our son, as senior, has decided he is not going to retake the ACT test and therefore we do not need this product, I am within the 30 day time limit and have sent two emails and left 2 telephone messages, but had no response whatsoever. I recieved my complete DVD, from DVDmd.tv, set of Will and Grace during the week of 9/22/08. CBS overbooks thir audience tickets to the degree that a guard at the gate explained if you want to be sure to get a seat, you have to camp overnight (on the sidewalk?) to be in line early enough. I arrived at 7:10 AM, after traveling 1 1/2 hours to get there, 1:20 earlier than stated line up time of 8:30AM. The ticket was not honored due to overbooking. I purchased a 32" Samsung TV 0n 23Aug with the assurance that Samsung will come and do a wall mount install within a week. It has been two weeks and still no service. I have called their service number every day and each time, some one will be give me the assurance that a service engineer will come in 24 hours. Many such 24 hrs have come and gone but no intallation. If you buy a Samsung product please get the dealer to coordinate with Samsung and do the installation.
