The way they could improve this restaurant is to rebuild it. The staff also needs work and the Owner is a disagreeable person. He has many times made my ears hurt over the cost of an extra tartar sauce. They like to toss it in front of you and say "eat". The owner does not believe any customer should complain as long as he keeps the doors open. The cooks have no trouble arguing with you over food taste. I was bitterly disappointed and upset to learn recently that Subway are using Halal slaughtered meat in many of their London restaurants (I'm not sure about their other UK stores). I used to be a regular customer at Subway but I will no longer set foot in any of their outlets and neither will my friends. Because my meal was well over priced, I asked just to have the burger and a water. The Manager, Ray, became upset because he had to do a void. Rudely and with attitude, he said, "What, you can't afford to eat here." I politely told him that I could, but I didn't want to pay a high price for a small meal. He continued to wise off until we were in a heated exchange. Poor bastard--forty years old and managing a Burger Joint. Still, no class. REDBOX machines not being kept in working order. I have reserved online movie pickups and they have not come, nor have they kept my account accurate. If there is a security fault with software it should be addressed. We can't return movies at A machine on H street, and several times the screen has just froze with no message at all. Well after multiple patches that make the game unusable signed up for the forums to post complaint's and ask for help to get the game working. Purchased software through [email protected] with product shipped through specialtech.com in 9/09. Notified by Microsoft the Office 2007 is not authenticated. It loads and works however... but for how long??? Microsoft said they would send a authentic version with the return of the "bad" version. I bought a Playstation III game new, and have kept very good care of it. After having the game for just over a month, the game stopped working, and a crack starting from the middle was found. This year I had a shock when my six tickets for the 2010-three show series arrived. My visa was charged $598.00 for the six tickets but the total amount shown on the tickets is $423.00.
