This company had a trial period of the products how ever to view this trial period I unwittingly gave details of my credit card to this company they began to debit my credit account when I tried to cancel this product and subscription back late sept. 08 my request to terminate. The company presents a FAKE Website where they offer you Videos and films But first you have to register. When that is done the above offers have disappeared. I just received a letter from my bank notifying me that I had an overdraft charge of $31 and needed to bring my account to a positive balance. I was VERY confused as I am not using this account and was planning to close it this week. When I got online and looked, there is a $20 charge (when there was only $4.52 in my account) from TWX Entertainment. I have NO IDEA what this is from and plan to dispute these charges immediately. The whole story is too long to write out, but I tried for six months to subscribe to this magazine and never got a single issue. I first sent in a subscription card with the summer issue with Kids on the Hall on the cover. I waited two months and emailed them to ask if they got my information. There is a company calling themselves Inside Hollywood that claims to put businesses in Blockbuster video stores. Bill Littlefield - DO NOT BUY THIS it is a total scam. They never put anything anywhere, and in the one case where they did, they put all of the customers 50 miles away from their stores. They say they are going to play TV commercials and they never do. I don't normally complain that much, to avoid complaining I avoid Burger King when possible. I haven't stepped foot in there once since I was 16 ... I ordered an out of print book from this book seller through Barnes and Noble because they had a high rating of customer satisfaction. The book never arrived and it's been a month since ordering. Taryn's Books never responded to my repeated emails, and they have no phone, so I have no recourse except through B&N. Barnes and Noble is of course looking into it, but I have demanded my money back, but have yet to get it. After several attempts to contact the company (overseas calls and e-mail) and 11 months and I have not recieved my magazine subscriptions. DO NOT subscribe through this company. Better to go direct through the publisher (eg, Conde Nast). It is impossible to contact the customer service people (they put you on hold for 3 minutes and then the line just hangs up). After that, I noticed I had another charge on my credit card for the amount of $12.00. Went to Bills Pizza in Florida - ordered large pizza for family - when it arrived there were cigarette ashes on it on one section. I noticed it immediately. When I went complained to the kitchen, I saw the chef was smoking a cigarette. This despite the fact that there is a no smoking by-law in the city. I purchased SpeedScan and after I installed it, my system was actually slower. There reply was I need to buy there other sotware's to clean entire system. After spending almost $50 on the first one that did not do what it claimed, I decided to cut my losses and opt out. I emailed for a refund, I received no reply. I tried to uninstall what I had and ran into more problems trying to get it off my system.<br /> After much frustration, my system crashing daily, everything getting slower and slower by the hour.
