In November 2007, I renewed my subscription to National Geographic through Magazine Reader's Service (1-800-459-6627) via telephone. As my current subscription did not run out until December 2008, I asked and was assured that the new subscription for 3 years would not start until January 2009. We bought a Samsung tv on 2/27/06. price 1, 999.99 & 24mo.service repair plan. In less then 5 mo. I had to call them about it. It was turning red and other colors could not see. Before it was over they had sent out at lease 5 or 6 different repair men, and they had changed a part twice but it was not that so they took it in. keep it for 6 months. Delivered it back. . I placed an order and paid for three magazine subscriptions on September 15th. After several weeks I attempted to contact seller regarding my order, as it had always been listed as "in process". Today is three months and I have still not heard from them after several more attempts to contact. My order is still "in process". If you attempt to do business with this company be sure to use Pay Pal and exercize the 45 day claims department if you get the cold shoulder as I did. On may 8th, 2008 I placed an order with Multilingual Books website for 3 Harry Potter books (Italian, Arabic and Hebrew). I received an e-mail confirmation of this order (MB-9877) and my credit card was charged. A month later as I haven't received the books yet, I sent a message asking about the books. A person named Sabina Tomkins sent me a message saying that one of the books would be sent in the following week. Up to now I haven't received any of the books, nor any answer to my many messages. I sent for a preview of several Magazines for several months for a very small fee. I used my credit card to pay this fee. This company has sent me a notice that all the magazines that I previewed (7 Magazines) would be automatically be renewed at A really high price and if I wanted to cancel, I could call a number, toll free. A few days ago I enlisted them to level an character for me on my account, two days later they inform me that I changed the password wich I did not. I found out the password was indeed changed but was able to change it back. When I logged into my account all my characters where looted clean all my money was gone and they even emptied the guild bank. I started a procedure against them via Paypal and I advice anyone who has problems with them to do the same. I too was ripped off. i was billed immediately upon entering my card number. Not was I only billed by them but i was also billed by another company called jettisinternational . once for a dollar then for 43.15. When i tried to get access to cancell or tried to call I received a non listed number message. I will find these people. however you can call your bank or you can call your credit card provider and file paperwork to have your money returned to you by by your bank or your credit card provider, and they will seek criminal charges for fraud.; as i was told in lamen terms, theft by decption. read full review »

I purchased what I thought was a Limited Edition boxed set of The Little House on the Prairie for an extra special Christmas Present. When it arrived, what utter misery, they are not authentic, they are copies, and not very good copies at that, the boxes (old vhs boxes) is photocopied (so badly, you can hardly see the picture) the discs are in plastic covers & numbered by hand. Had PSP for 20 days when the screen went bad. I sent the PSP to Sony for repair and they sent it back stating abuse, neglect and over usage. The system doesn't even have a single scratch on it. I am so upset that I am returning the Christmas present purchased for this system and I will buy Nintendo products instead. I receive harassing phone calls from this company, and they ask if I'm enjoying my magazines. I tell them that I don't have any magazines. This occurs once or twice per month. Yesterday I received another, and the purpose was to check that my magazines were being delivered and if they were damaged. I was bullied into puchasing magazines through this company. I felt threatened and choose to go along with a purchase, with the understanding I could cancel within 3 days; if I choose to do so.
