I joined City Club Casino, made a deposit, won some cash on roulette, but when I tried to withdraw they sis I'd been playing a non-allowed game and I was only allowed to play non-progressive slot games. They voided my winnings so I complained vigorously. They then told me I could play any games I wished, but my voided winnings would not be reinstated. I agreed to order a magazine from a girl who was trying to get points toward a trip. She told me that I could order, give her the check, then cancel my order (by following the instructions on the back of my receipt) and my money would never be taken. On Oct. 21, 2008, I ordered all 112 uncut episodes of 4 seasons of The Big Valley TV Show on 31 DVDs. My credit card was charged the next day for merchandise. To date, I have not received the DVDs and have received no communication from them. I cannot find a telephone number for them and it appears that I may have been scammed. First, my wife has dementia and is not supposed to respond to "offers". Allegedly my wife "joined" this group. She apparently paid $30 of $300 fee. Yesterday I received a call from a collection agency that we owed $270. This is the first I knew of this. Collection agency had no phone # for the company. Their website has no phone #. I want to talk with a real person about it. My wife has no recollection of receiving anything (although she may have) or of "joining". This organization is very unprofessional decideds to conduct there business unethically. I had work done and was quoted one price yet charged a higher price. When I confronted the owner he was rather rude and did not provide a reciept for the charges. In addition he charged my credit card three times for work that was not done. I downloaded the software only to fnd that it did not work and never would because of incompatibility issues which were not outlined anywhere in the website offer. I contacted PCTV support, got a form letter with no helpful info and then contacted MB Contact.com. I downloaded Acentive Performance found it caused problems with Internet Explorer . On removal it left some files which now interfers with startup and continues to create problems at Internet Explorer .
