I saw these posts and I felt someone should speak for the accused. I have been a contractor for Assured Asset Preservation for almost three years (even when they were Sole Stones). They have treated me with complete respect the entire time. Sure i have been cut on invoices but, that is my fault for not following thier requirements. Then a technician came couple hours latter and quoted $550 because of possible water trap. My complaint is "condensation in between the glass on the top oven door" on the brand new Kenmore Elite Electric Built-in Double Oven (Model No. 790.48133801), that is 7 months old. In January 2010 we took delivery of a new Haier counter-depth French door bottom freezer refrigerator. In this apartment complex, they have had 2 big fires in a 6 to 8 month period. The first fire destroyed an entire bldg., and the only thing that was left was the slab and one wall. The second fire destroyed 7 apartments in that bldg., but the only thing that they have done is put a fence that is not locked around the bldg.
