Samsung split AC 1.5T
I had bought a samsung AC 1.5 T from next showroom for around 25000. And since that day I have been repeateadly having problems with the product. The gas leaked just after using it for 1 year. And whenever I register my complaint with samsung it takes 3-4 days to get a call from engineer and around 5-6 to get my complaint resolved. Imagine you buy an expensive AC and then pay a lot of money to keep it running every year and keep making numerous calls to their customer service call centre and still sleep in delhi summer heat. My latest complaint refrence number with samsung is 8405603787, and I have been waiting for engineer callback since 2 days. read full review »
RANGER RECLINCING LOVESEAT
Have had the reclining Ranger Loveseat for 1 year and 3 months. The reclinging mechanism for second time had broke. The papers that we read says that this part has a lifetime warranty. We did not have to pay to have the first one replaced but now we have to pay $20.00 for a new one because the second one did not last 6 months. I love my furniture but someone has lied to us so we are not sure just how satisfied we are. Less than 2 years and replacing for the second time. If this continues to happen this is going to end up costing us a pretty nice chunk of money. Please explain to me if this is lifetime warranty like the tag says or just a lie. read full review »
One Day Shelving
Very poor customer service in dealing with completing job. Garage cabinets still need to have repairs after 7 months of waiting. Epoxy garage flooring failed to adhere after 2 weeks. Still waiting for 7 months, and still not finished project.
Owner will not return calls or return to finish job. Garage floor is a mess. I would never recomend this contractor to anyone. Beware!!! read full review »

I, Dinesh gaur, wish to inform that if any body wants to buy house in any of the mentioned company's project then he/she must visit "luxotica" floors situated at sector-51, gurgaon being built by the said company and then decide. Almost all, those who had purchased floor here from the company feels that the material used in construction is sub-standard and is of third class quality(whether it is wood-work, sanitary fittings, electrical fittings and paint etc...) and are not as per the specifications provided by the company in it... read full review »

3-27-2010 i purchased a brinks fire proof safe around the mid 2000's from home depot, and tried to open it and i couldn't...something told me to try and pull the combination knob and i did and the knob came out of the safe and it was not suppose to do that..there were no signs of tampering either, but i am very upset about having to pay a locksmith 324.oo to bang and saw it open for me...i nearly cried because of the price i had to pay for a safe that was suppose to b safe read full review »
Universal Power, electricity
Never Ever do any business with Universal Energy, or Universal Power, or Just Energy. Their door-to-door reps just tell you lies all the time and once you give them your utility bill(s), they got you.
Other than you have to pay higher rate on your utility bill, several things they will never tell you, and you will end up with pay extra $$$:
1. There will be a "provincial benifit" charge on your account, and that can to anywhere up to $100 per month.
2. They can charge you on your electricity bill for about 10% percent every billing circle.

I first emailed product support and days later called the Manufacturer of the Noma Backup Power System 1800 I purchaed from Canadian Tire June 28, 2008 to see how I could get non warranty service or parts to needed for repair. I received and auto response that my email would be responded to promptly. 2 business day later no response... I replayed via email asking for info and still no reply. Noma Backup Power System 1800
my Noma Backup Power System 1800, which I purchased June 28 2008, stopped functioning properly and when I initially called too see what service was available and asked what the warranty period and was was told they would need a receipt before they could tell me anything. I tracked the receipt down and called back only to be told that it was past warranty and that there was no non warranty service available. Advanced Basement Systems of Connecticut
Be careful. Price is to good to be true. Workmanship suffers. They do not do what the say, cut corners. Damage house. No clean up. I did not see a measure tape come out once. Cut everything by eye and it shows. Quality of parts are poor at best. Do your self a favor call Connecticut Basements a little more money but better parts better quality work. NEVER BUY FROM CYMAX! Received an electric fireplace from CYMAX, came damaged, missing pieces and wrong model (but we couldn't tell from unopened huge box delivered only n street in the snow - how to open and inspect it in such conditions?). We called customer service, they answer back very well...but they accomplish nothing and blame it on the manufacturer. I purchased an almost $800 Frigidaire refrigerator locally in August 2009. This appliance has been a problem from the start, first icicles formed on the inside of the freezer door and small flies got inside the bottom, next the refrigerator made an awful noisy racket, then the refrigerator stopped running and all my frozen food defrosted. The merchant sent repairmen the first two times. The third time they came and got the refrigerator. That was three (3) weeks ago and they are saying it may be another week before it is returned.

We contacted Searshomepro to look to reface/replace our kitchen cabinetry in a small bungalow home. We were supposed to get a 60 - 90 minute consultation with an architectural drawing and estimate at the end. The field manager stayed in my home less than 30 minutes. The quote we received was ridiculously high ($13, 000 when 3 others have quoted it for about $5, 000) and the quote was an estimate written on his business card. We purchased a sofa, loveseat and recliner from you four years ago, all of them are TRASH...EVERYTHING broke, and when we brought you the recliner - we were shocked to find that you wanted to charge us for parts and labor on a chair that was sold to us with what we thought was a lifetime of the mechanical part of the recliner...and to us, that is what broke on the chair. My 80 year old parents received a cold call stating that a man would be in the area for a free inspection of there home and asked if they would like him to stop by to look at there basement. The guy showed up Flynn was his name went into toe basement and wrote them an estimate for 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! They were shocked and said they could get started RITE AWAY!! Placed on order for a futon on March 14th, received an e ail confirmation a day later. Never got a shipping confirmation so I called Humble Abode on the 23rd only to find the item I ordered was on BACK ORDER. I specifically asked the salesman at the time of the order was this futon in stock and I was assured it was. Now I have guests flying in to see me and I have no guest bed because these morons can't tell, the truth to begin with. What adds insult to injury on top of all this I called several times asking for a manager and am told he is out sick and I could expect a call back, yeah right! Bought a chair made by this company. Badly made so asked for it to be fixed. Won't even bother to have a company rep look at chair. Use the local furniture dealer as their "eyes in the field". And this clown can't see the problem. "You have a perfect chair." is his mantra. My research shows that Craftmaster is a Chinese company based in the US. Owned by a larger Chinese company which in turn is owned by a Chinese Holding Company based in ... Cayman Islands for god's sake!!

Bob from Brea roofing was rude to us from the beginning even over the phone. He did not seem to want to come to our home and said he could not stop what he was doing to come over and mentioned something about having property near by with a large lawn he was mowing. I bought an alarm from Apex. They sold the contract to SAI and then castlerock. By the time I figured it out they said it was too late to cancel the contract and automatically renewed it for another entire year in addition to the origial 3. It has never worked. I don't think its hooked up to the fire department like they said and I turned off my other smoke detector only to find that when my house filled with smoke the other day this one didn't go off at all.

I have booked my Flat in Castel in September 2009. Till now there is no clear picture about approval.
I have a word with Rajiv Gaur in March 01, 2010 that approval is coming in next 5-10 days. But as per my conversation with ankur still there is no approval.
I have some queries related to that
1. Is there any date up to when we will get the approval?
2. Is crossing Infrastructure providing any interest on the booking amount from the date of booking to till now if we go for cancellation?

I would not recommend Boston Basement Technologies to do work! I have been dealing with this company since 2007 and yet to have a dry basement come spring... I have a partial system installed because I only have a flooding problem in 1 section of my basement. Over the past 2 years, each spring my basement still floods in the section where I have their system installed (which mind you I paid approx. $5K to have installed) and when I call the company to schedule to have someone come out and look at it, they never show up. Dualit toaster
The toaster timer failed - so it stayed on, (toast removed as done) - indefinitely. Huge fire risk - but for fire alarm the house would have burned down as the surrounding area got red hot - fumes set off fire alarm thank goodness. Dualit's response 1. Needed a termite report to sell a house. Fungus Fighters was recommended and did the report. Once they started the repair work, they said it was going to need additional work for another $575. I refused to pay that and was contacted by the owner Eddy that he would lower the amount to $300. It was still gouging for the amount of repair but I did agree to close the escrow. When the change order was submitted, it was $375. I wasnt going to delay the escrow for $75 but I did think it was unethical and dishonest and will never use them again. read full review »

I purchased few non stick pans make NIRLAP from BigBazaar, Guwahati. But within three months of purchase one of them is damaged. Though I have not used other pan for much. But I hope the other one will also be the same after few use. The company claim for 1 yr warranty. I do not know the product are of low quality or the BigBazaar is doing the fake thing. I bought a bedroom set for my son on July 2008. I bought the extra insurance (guardsman). In the beginning of February the railing of the bedroom set broke. My son had to put the matress on the floor so that he could sleep. I contacted Bobs in West Springfield, MA then Guardsman. The comunication between Bobs and Guardsman was horrible. The rep came to our home, late, and spend almost two hours reciting a litany of contradictory information. He also called someone, "his son", to come "in a few minutes" to take a look at our house. He must have rented this son, who was obviously a Mexican laborer, who arrived about 30 minutes later.
