ATG showed a very nice soap dispenser priced at $78. I ordered it. They charged my credit card. A person called and said the posted price was wrong and the correct price is $157! I said cancel the order, I don't do business with a company that doesn't honor its posted price. She said I could have it for $134. I said no thanks. I canceled the order. Lost power due to storm on Saturday, Mar 13 promised restoration of services no later than following thrusday 4pm. As of 11am Friday services not restored and will no longer make commitment as to when full service will be restored. I was initially approached at my home by Randy Finley and signed the contract for a complete roof replacement to be done with his son, Joshua Finley. I purchased Laminate flooring, Tarkett EZ Plank, worse purchase I, ve ever made, the flooring was cheap . You had to be careful when interlocking the pieces, they were like cardboard and would break off on the end pieces. Bought two drawer units from Natuzzi. They took forever to arrive. My son went to pick up the items as they weren't too large. When I opened them at home both the drawer fronts were damaged as was one drawer carcass. I phoned Natuzzi and was told that they had been checked before the left the store. We paid $700 for an Oreck Upright Vacuum with a 21 yr. warranty. The warranty is only good if you have it serviced by them once a year. At the time we purchased the vacuum, it was from a dealer fairly close to our home. Now there are only two dealers here, in a city of almost 3 million people, and they are both almost an hour away from our home. Bought a new base and Mattress. Complained two days after delivery - unable to sleep on mattress. Was informed today (2 weeks after brand new bed was delivered) that nothing is wrong with mattress and would not be replaced.
