I ran the self-clean on the oven for approximately an hour. I shut the oven off and while the oven was cooling, the interior glass of the door exploded. We used their service recently for an annual maintenance check on our A/C, which they sold us in Mid 2001. The technician came out to our place on Monday March 8, 2010. We bought a split king with the adjustable base and their Crowne mattress in Jan 2009. From the beginning my husband's mattress was softer than mine and prone to cratering. We called and complained to the company, but were told this is normal adjustment of the mattress as it is broken in. In April of last year i was contracted to reseal two walkways and a patio for mr price. A very common Job for stamped concrete. the patio had extensive Salt damage and chips where the surface was gone. it needed to be re-colored as well as sealed. Bought a top of the line matress in 8-2009, and 6 months later there is a spring pertruding out of the side of mattress and the pillowtop is completely shifted to one side. I have been purchasing Sears products for 30 years...this is the worst experience. Purchased a Kenmore 1hp Food Disposer (model #17560591 Serial # 09121012583) and the following day had a 3rd party plumber installed it. Canton put a roof on my house and left a hole big enough to place a screwdriver in which caused damage inside my house. After stating that they were unable to fix the roof, they fixed the interior wall and sent us a bill. After arguing over paying the bill they reversed the charges. When the issue happened again another contractor fixed the roof issue within an hour.
