Purchased a fiberglasss pool from this highly recommended company about 1 year ago. It leaks several hundred gallons per day. I agree totally with ALL of the complaints. I also purchased Ultrex Convection Oven and it caught on fire. HSN sells HORRIBLE electrical products. The only thing that still works is the Joy M. We had a Smart Meter installed on our box about 9 months ago. This morning, I woke up to the smell of burning. After ripping down ceiling tiles looking for the source, I found that the Smart Meter was the object that was causing the smell due to it melting. This company was hired to install Granicrete countertops in our kitchen and bathroom in January 2010. They were not trained by Granicrete and were purchasing the product through a 'friend'. The work done on our countertops is sub-standard, as confirmed by a Granicrete installer who has since come to look at it. Samsung Electric Range FTQ386LWX. Original price $1699 purchased at Sears. The convection fans stopped working within 3 months. Waiting for over 3 weeks for parts that were supposed be a rush order. Now the stove takes 30 minutes to get up to temperature and then fluctuates up to 100 degrees. I used the steam clean feature and small pieces of metal are falling off the oven walls. Do NOT buy these! I purchased the GE washer (WPDH8800) and dryer (DPVH880) and the Smart Dispense pedestals (Model SPBD880), I have been extremely dissatisfied. On the 17/3/10 my mother spent nearly three and half thousand dollars buying a fridge, a plasme tv and a gas stove. The stove was natural gas and we only have lpg, the sales assistant (simone) told us the stove came with a conversation kit and that i'd be able to fit it myself. Doors are not manufactured as per product approval testing documents. Missing structural silicones causing doors to leak and delaminate. I hired The Grout Medic of Mckinney, TX to replace some loose tiles in my bathtub that were about to fall off due to water getting behind the tiles. I called The Grout Medic and spoke to the franchise owner, Allen Butz. He came out and told me that the bottom two rows needed to be replaced. I purchased from Menards a mastercraft door. I since, learned that Mastercraft is owned by Menards. Door was installed in December 2009.
