My husband ordered ONE bottle of immutol from this company and received it. Two weeks later, he received another one, which he had not ordered. He called the company and was told he had checked the 'auto ship' box when he placed his first order. We have a copy of that order form and 'auto ship' was NOT checked. On July 11, 2005 Burdeens Jewelry replaced the battery in my 8 year old Seiko watch. It was 5 minutes until closing but they said they had time to replace it. It took just a couple of minutes.
