After ordering a free trial of 2 different supplements and authorizing them 2 take 2 payments of 2.95 I have not received any products and they have taken around 500 pounds from my bank account which was my housing benefit and was money. It appears they are scamming people. I now cannot pay my rent and wil proberly never see that money again. Do not order free trails of acai berries or colon clearing supplements. The boutique owner firstly makes defective blouses and charges high for the same (stitching charge).
After complianing about the defects, the owner (name Twinkle) misbehaves (shows attitude). and charge additional charges again for correcting it.
She uses abusive laguage and threatens the customer if asked for refunding for the damaged stitching.
My suggestion is NEVER go to this Boutique
I want some action should be taken against her as she harashes the customer

I went to the site to make my purchase of 2 bottles of Yeastrol. Got past the filling in my credit card details but then to proceed to final confirmation, I was presented with two buttons as options:
1) FREE Refill button (if you hover your mouse over it, no information given - note that it says FREE)
2) No Thanks button

Ordered my goods 5 weeks ago. So Special took my money but have never delivered the goods. I have emailed this Company everyday for 3 weeks & not had one reply. This Company should be shut down. I can not beleive Companies can get away with this.
The only way to get your money back is to good to your bank & they will send you a claim form, fill out this claim form & return with all correspondence (emails, etc) & within a few weeks the bank will refund your money & go back to the Company to claim their money back.

The refund NEVER happened, and it cost me 50 dollars to send them back. The company promised for weeks that a refund was processing. The show on CBS called "The Doctors" appears to be no more than an advertisement for various cosmetic surgeries.
