I ordered a FREE sample and put $4.97 for shipping on my visa from Emergency Food. I never received the food and noticed a $99.98 charge on my Visa a few hours ago. I called them and they did agree to reverse the charge of $99.98 in 7 to 10 business days. I am going to call back to have them reverse the $4.97 charge as well. I had a very hard time understanding the lady that I talked to. She had a very heavy Asian accent. I was just scammed by Footsmart. Do not buy anything form this site! I bought the Acu-Point Therapy Foot Massager (item 30893A in their online-store) for a total of $284. The massager worked properly only 4 months! When I called Footsmart, they confirmed they were the manufacturers but unfortunately they did not offer a manufacturer's warranty! Mr. Michael Peterson was and is instructing you children at a karate studio and I asked about his past felony charges after a background check. He was beligerent and unobtrusive to me. I never went back after that and he threaten to harm me. I would like those to be aware of what he does. I had enrolled in the AARP Part D Plan in the enrollment period December 2005, Humana was alot cheaper at that time, so in the same month I enrolled in Humana.
