I took my irreplaceable vintage kimono, a family heirloom, to them to clean. There were a few brownish orange stains on it I didn’t expect to come out because they had been there since my childhood at least. When I got home with my kimono I opened the plastic bag it was in to find it covered in new stains. Black stains that were stiff and rough to the touch. Panty Hose I have been purchasing George Brand panty hose for some time, and was very satisfied with the quality. I bought two pairs panty hose in January 2011. Then I bought another pair March 11th. 2011. On both sets I discovered that the elastic waist band was very weak. On one ocasion the panty almost fell down to my knees (Embarasssing). I went to this plastic surgeon for extraction of my breast implants which were leaking and broken. Dr. Randall Harrell, with his luxurious office and smooth words, told me no problem he could do an "en bloc explantation" which means, everything, would be taken out of both my breasts. The Council for Medical Schemes is supposed to support the customer with complaints regarding Medical Aids, but they themselves are as bad as the Medical Aids. They have a clearly defined timeframe for dealing with complaints highlighted on their website and they get nowhere close to acheiving them.
