I placed an order on March 1, 2011. A day later, I got an email saying my order shipped. The ETA they provide is 3-4 business days. After four business days, I tried to call their customer service. I got an answering machine (that doesn't reference the company's name at all). I tried a few times to reach them, but kept getting the machine (they don't return calls either). I was brought a Micheal Kors watch for xmas from House of Fraser, Maidstone .Kent UK. After wearing the watch for a long period of time, all day and evening, i removed the watch to find that I had a nasty red mark and the imprint of the strap.within hours this red mark turned into blisters . They advertise jobs in entry level marketing. The first interview lasts about 5 minutes, the second is basically a long day of free labor with a sketchy "employee" going around to businesses and bothering them while they work. I made a purchase through Ebay from a seller using the name hiddentreasurespa2. When I received the items, 1 piece was bent, there were 2 other pieces that did not go with the set and I could see where it looked like someone had tried to drill (poorly) holes so the beads would fit. The seller reacted very poorly when they received negative feedback on Ebay. A claim was filed and the merchandise was sent back. I am so sick of this company and their never ending changes of the RX plan. I have a prescription from my doctor for 3 pills a day for a month. The first three times I filled the prescription it was fine, now apparently they changed my RX plan and they will only cover for 1 pill per day unless I get an authorization from the doctor ( HELLO..the doctor wrote the prescription ) so I get an auth and that worked for 2 months.
