Kaiser is absolutely awful! They won't pay if you have complicated medical issues and simply don't care. They only care about saving money. They hurt me tremendously, and I am still in pain from their lack of care. When I filed a complaint with Kaiser, they offered me extended coverage and then reneged on their offer. In addition to all the pain they caused me, I now have to pay for the extended coverage bills they were supposed to cover. Very cruel and unethical! I went in to get a cut, color and eye brow wax. The girl that took care of me said it would take approx. 2 hours. I was there for 5 freakin hours! I bought the jar of pickles at Save A Lot in Pairsburg, I got home and opened jar at about 11:30 pm. Ate almost all of the ickle have and then toward the end there was a loud crunch in my mouth. When I took the thing out of my mouth it was a pebble (rock). I got up this morning and called the company and all they did was offer my money back. I do not require kindness and compassion from companies when I job-hunt. What I do require being treated with a certain level of respect, considering that MY contract work puts money in your company's pocket. Instead, I spoke to a very rude dismissive man, who could or would not answer my questions, then spoke straight over me and put the phone down in my ear. I went in a week ago to get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. The wax took a little longer than a usual one so I assumed it was being done to perfection.
