I would like to start this complaint wby saying that i love food. Most people are in the same boat here. I hate to see the quality of a product after it was cooked 1 -2 hours ago. Every time i visit one of these restaurants i have the same experience, no matter the location. Empire School touched up my roots on 7/15/2010 around 3:20pm. No patch test was done by the student or the (1) teacher who was overseeing several students. The teacher, not the student mixed the product and toner. The roots lifted very fast but came out orange/red. (I did state on several occasions that my hair pulls red but not to the teacher).
