In a nutshell, they have you buy an overpriced appliance so you can get a 55% lifetime discount on already marked way up food. I called to cancel they made it very difficult. I finally got a cancellation number. Then they charged my card. Every time I called to get my money back their computer systems were down or when I would ask to speak to someone in charge they would say I would get a call with in 72hrs. and never would. Sheila claims her system of applying extensions are locs. They are not. She even claims them as "Goddess Locs" and she is the only person doing them. She switches her pricing continually and constantly tries to say you need a "redo" because then she can charge 375 to 750 depending on how many pieces in your hair. Recently, we went to the Danniella Lehavi store in Tel Aviv. We looked at wallets. Although the wallets were very expensive, we decided to buy them anyway, because we believed that we were supporting the local Israeli economy. This company has lost all 3 female employees (in an 8 person company) in just over two months due to unfair practices.
