I noticed in the fine print that the initial charge was just that of shipping ($3.95) but that after a "trial period" the customer had 15 days to cancel - otherwise a recurring charge/subscription would be automatically deducted from the account information provided. I responded to an advert via the internet. The product was for 'life cleanse' . I colored my hair with L'oreal's Castings Creme Glos hair color. The package says: "Lasts 6-8 weeks". I noticed that it doesn't come out of my hair. Then I called L'oreal's customer services and they confirmed it: It is a permanent hair dye. Now I have ugly hair and nasty looking roots and it takes about five years to grow my own hair color back. Because of worsening health, my doctors recomended a home helath nurse. After I agreed, Nursecare notified me that I would be recieveing a nurse and home health aide. This is a total SCAM! They take all your information and then "deny" the card because postal code does not match card information, then they charge your account anyway. The biggest problem is that there is NO WAY to contact the company even though they give you the information on the website. Company advertises refund for mistakes. Yes, I did order a minus number instead of a plus, but did not open anything when saw mistake on arrival, called immediately. It is now almost 2 months. Never take the CNA course through the Red Cross. It is a scam! The instructor we have currently, Mrs. Thorton is so mean! Very unprofessional! She yells at the students, pushes them out of her way during the clinical at the nursing home, and does not follow the safety/infection control part which they in force big time!! Bally Fitness Center is a very dis-honest place. I was trapped to sign up with a club closed within one year. Still, I can not get out of the contract, becuase there is other clubs existing within 25 miles. I have to fight the traffic to drive 30mins one way at least to work out. Totall BS!!! They should know at the time I signed up that they will not renew the lease there and close that club. Yet, I have paid close to $800 for three year contact. Now, it becamse $800 for one year.
