My wife and I bought new frames and lenses and frames two years ago, We went in today May 7th with prescriptions to get new lenses for our two yr. old frames. We have insurance that will pay for the lenses with a 25 dollar copay. By the way the original glases were bought at sears in Salina. I concur with what all the other ladies have said about Dermitage and the unauthorized charges. Even if you try to cancel within the 14 days, they come up with another time frame. I called 866-882-1281 and I spoke to a lady named Lindsey really nice she cancelled my account and gave me the address and the refund number to send the "free trail" back.
