Ecrater
In the span of 5 days, I ordered two different Wii systems from two different sellers/stores from ecrater.com I never received any product and when I contacted ecrater to file a complaint, they told me that neither seller nor store was an ecrater seller/store. However, I can still go to one of the sellers on ecrater. Instead of backing the sellers/stores, they pass the buck. So by saying that the seller is no longer there, they are allowing anyone to post a sale, take the money, and walk away from ecrater with no accountability. It was considered 'customized' because he chose the last name GARZA (as in pitcher Matt Garza) from a drop-down box of Rays players. He ordered a Medium (size 10/12), which is what he typically wears. And, according to the size chart on shop.mlb.com, he fell well within the height and weight range for the 10/12 size.

This company tries very hard to seem legitimate, however, they are just out to scam you for money. I have been with their program for 5 months, and I still haven't made back my original investment. The owners are affiliated with the payment processors who charge you a fee to get the money you supposedly raise. I too ordered shoes on December 11th for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Needless to say, I never received the shoes nor can I get in touch with anyone. When I call the number I get the v-mail and it tells you to e-mail for a quicker response but I have not gotten that either. I have called numerous times and I have e-mail numerous times.

I ordered a pair of coach shoes for 69.99 plus tax and shipping and got an email stating that under 'new management' my order could not be processed and I would be receiving a refund in 3-4 days. That was over 10 days ago and I've written a dozen emails and never gotten a response. The phone number on my credit card bill is disconnected, and there is no contact phone number on the website.
Further, I have searched the net over and over and not found replicas of most of the shoes I've found on their website, leading me to think they are all fake anyway. read full review »

My daughter is a patient of the physician's at Cornerstone Pediatrics. The last three times we have visited the pediatrician, the receptionist has been involved in personal conversations and has been far to busy to recognize that my daughter and I were waiting. This company charged me $39.95 for the Acai Berry product - said I had 14 days to try, but didn't give me the 14 days. Their invoice said 14 days from DATE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED. I ordered 12/13/09, didn't received until after Christmas (12/28/09) and asked them to cancel on 1/2/09 per phone conversation with MATT cancellation code. They're still charging my account!!! I want it STOPPED.

I believe they got my credit card number when I ordered a "sample" from Acaipure. Interestingly, FOUR other companies with different names have charged my credit card without authorization. I recieved a sample of "Natural- Acia Berry" in mid December 2008. The sample came with no invoice or any other paper work. The only information I found about this particular company was the address on the front of the USPS shipping bag. I also found a phone number and website address on the sample its self. Called company1-877-778-9035 and spoke to a person that told me when i got the product to send it back and I would be credited the money minus the postage and handling. evidently this is another scam that they are doing to idiots like me that order things on line and use our credit card. they also gave my card number to other companies and it took me several weeks to get hold of them and get the charges taken off.

I made an appointment with this agency on 1-16-09 for to be seen on 1-21-09 at 7am for some blood work on my 9 yr old. I signed at 6:55am. The staff were chatting with each other while the waiting room was full with about 12-15 people waiting to be served. I placed an order for over $260.00 worth of merchandise from this co. on 12/13/08. I received an order confirmation via email. I then received an email on 12/20 saying my order would not be filled and that my money would be refunded to my credit card.
Needless to say I have not received my refund after sending many emails. They also have a bogus phone number. I have reported this to my credit card co. for investigation.

I tried the phone number of the previous reporter and it is now disconnected or changed with no new number.

This company shows up dvertising as many different names such as Rachel's diet, tammys diet, etc., as a diet blog with their story. Lists Dr Oz and Rachel Ray as proponets to this duo. Yesterday we reserved the court for an hour and by the time we reached their it was ~14 minutes into our reserved hour and we found somebody else playing on our reserved court.
