Sale assoc. charged me for an item that was free, I realized that after I got home. Called the store (I live 1/2 hour away) she insisted that she could not credit my card over the phone and I would have to drive back there. It wasnt that she was unpleasent, she just wouldnt go that extra step for excellent customer service as I would expect a company like Alta would. I will not shop there again. I saw the email promising weight loss I put my card details in and thought every thing was sorted. I then received my credit card statement which stated that the company had taken the p&p (product was apparently free). On November 16th I ordered 6 fried turkeys for a staff luncheon for the administrators of my high school. I asked if I could pick up the birds by 10 am on the 23rd so we could have them sliced by the 11 am dining time. Both the employees and myself thought the meat would come ready to carve and eat. Driver Solutions, PAM and Decker Transp0rt has false advertisements in their brochures. It is a gimmick to get people to go to enroll in their programs. The brochure states that a driver can expect to run an average of 2500 miles per week. Some weeks may vary a little more or less. Since I have been driving I have experienced a lot less miles. These people treat their customers AND staff awful! Items are never in stock even though the shelves and racks are filled to the max with the same old cheap stuff day after day. It's also constantly messy and smelly, like nobody's dusted in there for years. On Friday, December 12, 2008 I received in the mail a package from Tabak's Health Products containing a bottle of "Here-We-Grow". I had no prior knowledge of this package's arrival because I did not order this product. They sent me the product along with an invoice stating that I owe them $34.97. The invoice date is 12/4/08.
