I brought my grandson's new suit to Peter's for the pants to be let out two inches. Instead of letting it out, they took it in two inches and cut the fabric inside. When I brought it to their attention because it was written on the ticket that it was to be let out two inches, they asked if I would give the seamstress a chance to fix it. Attempting to fix it, they completely ruined the pants to a $300 suit. They charged thousand of dollars to cut me up leaving horrible scars behing my ears. Thank god they are not that visible. Nonetheless, the results were none. They falsy advertize that you can look 10 years younger and more. They show you these woman full of make-up. Anybody can look like a million bucks with the right make-up. Their refund policy is obscured from the selection process to finalizing the credit card sale. Only in the subsequent email confirmation following the sale do they reveal that all sales merchandise is non-returnable. According to those in the know, the seller must disclose the policy before the sale is finalized - and I don't think sending a subsequent email does the trick. Its disappointing to know that good customer service is rare...I have tolerated shoddy service from our KFC Malvern branch i.e. in KZN. The person answering said the only way was to send a letter by Certified Letter to the new owner in Webster, TX. I called back and got the same response from the next customer service person. I ordered shoes for my son from babymilo.com in June 08. I received confirmation that my order had been shipped and my credit card was charged. I waited 4 weeks and no shoes. I e-mailed them and was assured the shoes where on their way. A rack with about 30 or so Rt 66 shirts had a sign on top of the rack that said 30% off. We bought one of the shirts and was charged full price. We went straight to the customer service desk to question this. A lady from there walked back to the shirt rack, came back to the cashier at customer service and told her to give us the 30% off but it was only supposed to be for knit shirts only. I cancelled this order on 10-29-08 by telephone. I also emailed them on 10-30-08 just to make sure. Guess what, they sent out an order on 11-1-08 and charged my card. I recently ordered the Pure 500 Acai Berry. I had heard about this product through friend and product known as Monavie. Also Oprah show. I signed up for the free trial and paid the shipping charges. I have now received a shipment of both another bottle of ACAI Pure 500 and the Total Cleanse, one for $88 and the other $78 both charged to my credit card account.
