I joined North Buffalo Athletic Club for a year and was paying monthly for a membership. At the end of my membership I did not renew because of distance and the fact that they were not consistently open in the morning as the agreed upon (5:30am). They began charging me for months after my membership was up. They never called me to renew my membership or to tell me that an extension would go into effect unless I renewed or cancelled by membership. Along with the application I gave Paula a check for $470.00 and a blank check to set up the monthly direct payment from my bank. I got a quote over the phone for health insurance for $185 per month and was told that I had to pay for 2 months in advance- to be charged after I had accepted the policy- even though I had to wait 2 weeks for a physical with their own nurse practitioner. I went to Wendys on my 30 minute lunch break to try to get a quick bite to eat. I was in the drive through for about 15 minutes before I get to the window to pay for my food. When I get there, I hand the lady my debit card, and she says that their debit card machine is not working. I tell her that I do not have any cash on me. So I can't get my food, and my lunch break is almost over, and I still have to go to another place and get something to eat, stand in line AGAIN, and then I was late getting back to work. My daughter is insured with Florida Healthy Kids / Vista and they are refusing to cover a surgical center and general anesthesia for a procedure she needs to have done and are giving me the run-around and sending me letters with Florida Statues as to why they are refusing. And these statues are contradicting. The reasons stated in these statues as to how this procedure would be covered, is exactly the same reason as to why coverage is being requested. My mother went to aspen dental in orange Connecticut, she went in they gave her a price of 1200.00 and they agreed ok she ask for dentures ok all was well until she received her dentures and they were extremely to big for her mouth and what ever chemical they used on her dentures made her face swell up. After being burned by their laser on 4/13/07, I have contacted their corporate office dozens of times with no response . The procedure was so painful, I had to stop stop the treatment. It's funny how I was able to speak with a live person to join, but now they say my only option is to leave a message for them to call me back to cancel, yet they never do! They tell me I cannot speak to anyone about canceling, that this department that only takes messages, is my only choice! Aclepsa have excellent web pages for their online pharmacy. My first order came as requested. However my second order, made three months ago, has according to Aclepsa, been re-dispatched three times from India. Their response is polite, although hardly intuitive to use their complaint system. I find it hard to believe the package could have been 'lost' or intercepted three times. As far as I know UK customs haven't intercepted the package. I am complaining on services received by the Manager/Owner of Dairy King in Xenia, Ohio. On May 6th My Fiancee and i went for ice cream. I ordered a banana split tornado. It was liquid. Beware of Weight Watchers online free 30 day trial... it's not free. Even if you cancel within the 30 days, your credit card is billed for $65 before the period is up. My daughter and I were browsing online diet plans on the internet and the only way you could view weight watchers information was to sign up for a "risk free" 30 day trial, but you have to give your credit card number. The concerning the Goodwill industry Winston Salem NC. I found a pair of sandal shoes on the rack that stated they would be $3.50. After trying them on and seeing if they were going to be comfortable and upon arriving at the check-out was advised that the shoes would be $25.00. A far cry from the rack price. The check-out person said it was marked on the bottom of the shoe that it was priced $25.00. It was in very light magic marker. I failed to see it and I had examined them very carefully.
