I belong to LaFitness in East Norriton, PA. I called the corporate office to complain about the equipment not being 100%. I ask them to get a discount on my memebership because the equipment is not 100%. They told me that there have been other complaints and they would take care of it. Nothing ever happened. The problem is that I can't find a Web address or telephone number through which I can unsubscribe from this program. I found out I need surgery July 1, which will mean that I am -- literally -- off my feet for two months, or so, depending on how fast I heal. The movie theater at San Jacinto mall is the worst theater I have ever been to. They charge 8 dollars per person during night-time for a small dirty theater and horrible service. This theater is so horrible that one time the worker stuck in the wrong movie and the 5 people in the theater including I had to watch the previews again. Also the theater usually has fights all the time right outside the foodcourt. What the hell kind of Mall do we have in Baytown. It actually shames me how bad this theater is not to mention the mall. Buyer beware. While James Ray does deliver some good information (that can be found in almost every other self improvement seminar) his price tag is high and you don't get your money's worth. My brother received a call from the Law offices of Alexandria Vaneck, a representative of this agency. When I talked to them, they claimed I owed them $65 for a medical bill from Primecare Associates on Frost Rd in Waterbury CT. Last August I upgraded my phone service and added ATT Dish. The representative informed me that I was eligible for two rebates - one for phone service and the other for the Dish. I received paperwork to that effect shortly after switching and I also completed the same rebates online. After several phone calls, the phone service side offered me a different promotion that was even better than the original. The Dish side has been avoiding me after more than half a dozen phone calls. I ordered 3 cell phone covers on May 1 and as of June 17 I have only received one of them. The one that I did receive has already chipped and cracked. I have called every week to inquire when the other covers will be sent out. If someone actually picks up the phone they have the same answer. It is on back order and will be shipped out next week. Typically when the call rings through the call is disconnected. This is after listening to the IVR message repeat over and over that I am number 1 in the queue. Tried to purchased a roll of 44 cent stamps, total $44.00. Received a roll of 42 cent stamps instead of the 44 cent stamps I paid for. Used some of these stamps to mail letters before I relized the stamps were the wrong price. And this post office did not have 2 cent stamps.
