DTV is a joke I got better reception quality with rabbit ears.With the converter box I have to rescan everyday and mess with the channels on the antenna in hopes that I can get a clear or tolerable picture.It is nothing like we or I was told it would be like.Clear picture quality, extra channels, Yaaa I have 3 pbs channels (which I was happy about)but they don't come in it's just a no data screen.Also after paying for a box and antenna I have noticed if I get online with my computer the reception gets even worse.I should of passed on the box all together and just watched tv online. read full review »

I own a business in culver city and was contacted by idearc who claimed that they were with verizon (which it turns out verizon severed ties with them a couple of years ago and is in turn suing them for using their name). I ordered two fire pistons in February '09 and hadn't received them two months later so I called. The guy who answered said he had just received the parts to build them and would mail them out the next week. Another month goes by and I call again. He says that my order was "on the hot list" and would be mailed out the next day. Two weeks later, I call for the last time and am told again they would be mailed out the next day. I recently bought a $50 dollar Wal*Mart Visa gift card and its a useless piece of crap. The main reason I got this was so I could order Skype online and order a few other items with it. Every site I go to it says that Im un-able to use this card, or its invalid or something stupid like that. Not to mention they start reducing money from the card if theres still money on it 13 months after purchasing the card which is rather ridiculous. I have paid Moms UIF assist R600-00 to help me claim maternity UIF. All to find out from the Department of Labor, that I don't qaulify for maternity uif (I earn only commission). Billed on credit card $59.99 in Dec 2008 for membership which I don't recall activating but I must have since I didn't dispute it then. Trouble is that there is no way to use the membership discounts, no email, no card, nothing! Someone claiming to be from "Business Systems" constantly calls and asks us for the serial numbers on our copiers. We know that it's a scam so we don't tell them anything, but how can we find out who they are? When we ask for a phone number (their # doesn't show on caller ID), they say they don't have incoming phone lines.
