Bargain Outfitters sold us defective outdoor chairs that collapsed after a brief time in the elements. They were advertised as all-weather wicker over rattan frames, but in fact the frames were wood and rotted out very quickly. My son was given a Walmart/Ge Moneybank Prepaid Visa card as a gift. I have been to your store at 1094 Hines rd. in York, Pa. several times but have been unable to do any shopping most of the time because they only have one motorized riding cart for the disabled and most of the time it is unmavailable.
