Bought my Mio N210 Christmas 12/08 and in May 2009 the screen cracked when I looking up an address in favorites. I signed a contract with a company called Creditel to process my customers credit cards. Creditel went bankrupt. Digital Financial Group took my account information from Credital and charged me $600 in what they called early termination fees without my authorization. Digital Financial Group had an A+ rating with the BBB before my complaint. If you live in the Cincinnati area and need a home electronics component fixed such as a TV, receiver, vcr, etc, don't waste your money or your time with this establishment. They charge you an up front fee of $35 just to take a look at your stuff, whether they fix it or not. We purchased a new 31 ft. Flagstaff Rv made by Forest river. We have had it for 6 months and only used it 3 times. We have had nothing but problems. The roof leaks, sink leaks, windows leak, Parts on glide out are broke the list goes on. We paid 30, 000 dollars for a HUGE piece of junk. This business is an auction house. Items for sale are displayed for inspection prior to the auction.
